Meseret Tadesse started the firm after years of seeing replacements specified from a chart that was written for a different elevation. The crew is now fourteen: installers, service technicians, an advisor and the office. The rule hasn't changed. We measure the house, run the load, read the altitude data and write it all down.
Most of our work is furnaces, because that is what Colorado Springs houses lean on. Air conditioners and heat pumps follow the same steps.
